Dear Friend, Many people feel so just because medical school itself is exhaustive. You go through different phases in life where you hit the wall. I have gone through it. I am just trying to overcome it. Here are my suggestions. 1. Fix goals for each hour. 2. Talk to yourself. Make a diary. Make online journal. 3. Grade yourself everyday before going to sleep. You can make different category. 4. Reward yourself or punish yourself by doing or giving up thing you like. 5. Pciture yourself in White coat walkin in the best hosptial of the world. People coming to you for cure and you are doing a great job. 6. Think about sacrifices you have given to reach where you are today. For sure, you will realize it will be futile if you did not make the next jump. 7. Tell yourself, millions have done it, why cant I? 8. Tell yourslef, from here it can only get better. Only I need to work hard. Ask someone to hold you accountable if possible.

So just relax and keep in mind that u can do it and soon u will be back on track. Take your time and follow Sachida's beautiful advices. Good Luck.
