dogoxin toxicity causes hyperkalemia.
and now you give potassium again?
here it would say this
digitalis toxicity causes hyperkalemia. and hypokalemia precipitates digitoxicity.

if however its wpw syndrome, and u giving digitalis, it will cause vent fib and hence u first treat the vent fib, and then put him on ibutulide, or procainamide, or lidocaine

drug given is depend on the type of arrythmia.
first of all we should stop using digoxin, then Fab, electrolyte and arrythmia

the Digitalis toxicity is treated by :
1-withdrawal of digitalis
2-give Digibind Fab if available
3- [K+] :
msyamp : digitalis binds to the K+-part of the Na-K-ATPase.
so, K+ can compete with Digitalis for the binding site and keep the pump runnig.
4- groupe II/b antiarrythmics : Lidocain and phenytoin
