What could you use to treat this and what is this disease?

this is deficiency of uroporhyrinogen I synthase.or porho bilingen deaminease

treatment

aviod precipitating drugs
give lots of carbohydrates(dont know why)
hematin as heme analog
symptomatic

can phelebotomy be used here, i tcan be used for porphyria cutanea tarda though...

no its not used here. and yes it is used for that because there not in def in gene exp of uropor.decarb. but in sec. causes llike excess iron in hemosiderosis etc causes inh of the enzyme. so phlebotomy decresses iron and inh. and enzyme works so no disesas
