could some one pl tell me why calcium channel blockers are contraindicated in renal artery stenosis?thanks

hey, i thought it was the ACEI that are contraindicated in renal artery stenosis (cos they may cause ARF). while teh CCA are dilators of arterioles and are indicated in coronary vasospasm???? and i draw an inferece that they will alos be useful in renal artery stenosis???
