A 4 year old girl is brought by her mother with c/o that for one wk she has woken up in night to pass urine.She also noticed that that there was an increase in child milk intake .what is next step in management

a-Give 10 days oral pencillin

b- do a glucose tolerance test

c- do urine dip stick for sugar.

d-Urine Culture

e-midstream urine analysis.
