what would u do if u had these 2 options? 1:average community hospital with less chances of fellowship but good city and place for family and good job oppurtunities for spouse and is offering prematch. 2:univ affiliated community hospital with their own fellowships but average job for spouse and small city, nothing much to do and have to go for match but have very positive response from PD. I appreciate ur inputs ....thanks.

number 1. sometimes training at community hospitals is better than at univ. and also the city matters greatly.

Where will you and your family be the happiest in the long run? An unhappy resident is not a good thing.
