hey guys,
was wondering how fruitful is it to ask for prematch from a prog that didn't offer me one.it's a small community prog but with huge number of competitve applicants this year.my creds 92/97/pass/no usce/2002 grad/internship experience from home country.

you will know only after asking !!
i mean , there is no harm in asking the PD if they offer outside the match.
if they do, you know.
if they dont , your ranking will not be affected.
