I want to know, is this deadline is for application for time slot or the time for all papers recevied by ecfmg?
if my med school is unable to send those within 31 jan what will ecfmg do?
will I get the next slot automatically? or need to apply again?

nothing to do with credentials... it will take time to verify stuff.
u just send ur diploma photocopy with application forum within time to get ur slot
