because to have a bleed there should be invasion of blood capillaries that is ivasive cancer. foul smell due to sec infection. also see without infect

its E.Postcoital bleeding in a lady should always raise concern for an invasive cervical carcinoma..(I read it in a question somewhere else too..with a little bit chnage in the scenario)
