no ssrpk in narcolepsy rem is not increased but we get rem as soon as we fall aslepp with out nrem

well ya agreed that rem comes immediately in narcolepsy along with cataplexy, hypnagogic and hypnapompic hallucinations, it is decreased in depression increased dont know

well ya i am sorry, its depression where the rem is increased, and what i wanted to say was aging in which rem is decreased and stage 3/4 almost disappears....
