Can anyone tell me whether acute transplant rejection is an example of type 4 or type 2 hypersenstivity reaction? and helminthic infestation is ...type 1 or type 2 hypersenstivity reaction?

helminthic is Type 1 because it provokes an IgE response , attaches to MAst cells and degranulation.
