A viral infection caused by pox virus...causing waxy umblicated skin leisons(papules).Leison can appear anywhere on the skin like genital and pubic area.Treated with freezing or curettage.....Thats what i know about it

the umblicated lesion is a buzz word for the usmle, if u see umblicted lesion think of mollucum contagiosum, or it can also be seen as sand like granule like particles in the lesion, it is caused by pox virus family as druas said
