Kaplan says she is a Minor and her parrents get to decide.
BRS says if she is married, (which i think is per default if Q doesnt mention it) she is an "Emancipated minor"
can someone clarify?

if she is married then she is Emancipated.
pregnancy without marriage doesn't make her Emancipated.
u shouldn't assume that a pregnant female has to be married.
