hi! i just wanna ask your opinion on something...i studied mastering the osce/csa by reteguiz, and in its checklists, not all patient encounters require the heart and lung exams. but i was bothered when my friend told me AFTER MY CS EXAM that in the checklists of first aid for the step 2 cs (which he used for review), the heart and lung exams were always done, regardless of the case.
do you guys think that i should have done the said exams on ALL patient encounters??? i've read the reviews about the reteguiz book, and most of them were positive. but i can't help but think that i might fail the exam because of this mistake. i also felt i've messed up in 2-3 of my patient encounters and in the telephone consultation.
