Not sure, but I'd go with D. Parathyroid adenoma...usually would only lead to hypercalcemia...

well hypercalcemia has it's myriad of complications,for instance acute pancreatitis I'll go with E, besides it will take some time for it to manifest itself.

well hypercalcemia can lead to arrythmias guys! shortened Q-T interval! on the other hand whtz acute life threatening complication of pituitary infarction, if any???

Acute pituitary infarction is a potentially life-threatening event. Prognosis for chronic deficiency (which is detected and treated) is good http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/0... may be papathyroid adenoma most reasonable
