parents c/o that their child has funny turns ,last week was not good,he had corzyal illness.Suddenly his arm get extended and parents say that child not respond like before.
a-infantile spasm
b-febrile convulsion

sounds like B, infantile spasms occur 100s of time a day

i think some data are lacking to make the dx. Maybe A. But not sure because of the lack of info.

Dear PRAM, first of all I wud like to say that u way of Questionin is weak as lot of data is missing n secondly this particular thing needs a GOOD ANAMNESIS.. without it, the Dx can be lethal to the child.
Anywez durin my practise i hv met this kinda FUNNY turns in both EPILEPSY ( F.C) n infantile spams .. so
but still if u need sm answer without more hints then i wud select Febrile Convuls. ie. B
n next time pls give as much details as u can...
