what are all the diseases to be told to public health if you encounter a patient?

1. chlamydia 2gonorrhea ,chicken pox, aids, salmonella ,sphilis, lhepatitis a ,tuberculosis, lyme disease, hepatitis b , pertusis, hepatitis others

AIDS is a reportable disease not sure about HIV Only certain states report HIV POsitif patients ( seronegatif patients are not reportable)

yes you are right. only aids not hiv positive is reportable. i always have a take it easy to recognise them as diff.

msymap you're correct about HIV positifs patients it is reported " only" in certain states...;-)

well u have also have o learn the sequence, u cant just learn them as they can ask u a q, saying a child with chlamydia another with gonorrhea comes, which has to be reported as a priority, so u go for chlamydia

what the significance of knowing the sequesnce? if i have a child with chlamydia and another with gonorrhea I should report them both!.what I thought about the sequence is it just tells us which disease is the most reported.
