It is really controversial The given anser is ABG, for suspicious pulmonary emboli Firstly clinical clue , next do ECG & CXR & ABG Later V/Q scan is the next

I think B.P here will tell ab the severity of PE.Buts its true to go for ABg first as i have also read the same
