conjugation has physical contact between two cells and genetic transfer transduction has a phage tranformation has a nascent dna extracellular uptake a hemolyisis is incomplete blood lysis and b hemolysis is clear lysis of rbc

strept pyogenes and strept agaltiae are b hemolytic, whereas, strpt pneumoniae and viridans re alpha hemolytic alpha hemolysis will form a green zone wheras beta hemolysis will form a clear zone about transduction it has a bacteriophage, viruses gen use this, they get incorporated into the bacterial genome, and then reproduce. and they can undergo a lytic cycle and a lysogenic cycle transformation is when say a bacteria is lying in a medium and another dead cell releases its dna, which is taken in by that bact
