Hi
Got alot of encouragement from this forum which i only knew abt after my exams. I spent every day reading post from test experience & out come, was able to pull through the immediate period after my test, but these last days seem to get harder & harder, it is like living at the edge of a knife
A little abt myself.....An old graduate-4yrs ago, married with kids.Studied with kaplan books n FA n used the kaplan videos. Studied 7 months,went through the note 3 times, kaplan q bank 100% completed just prior to my exams, completed the q book, did both kaplan simulated exams n did the nbme a week to my exams
My test was fair & i could easily narrow down to 2, but could not pin to an ans most time-very frustrating, esp when it has to do with something you felt u had a good grasp of. But generally it is certainly within the syllabus but challenging
Studying for the test was really challenging ie studying + finding time for my family. Got alot of motivation bc every one told me i could do it. Well i think thats enough of myself.
I took my exam on 6th of dec
kaplan simulated 74/77
usmle cd 40/39/41
kaplan q bank 73 cumulative, 100% complete
nbme 590 1 week prior
my last days of waiting for the unknown is here, so anxious n telling myself it will be ok

Good luck with your exam.
Your Qbank score is impressive. You'll get great score in the real exam.

Thats a great Qbank score - and mostly you will find the questions on the exam easier than you are scared of !

yes u are right about the exam, just that there was a distracter almost as good as the ans which got me really confused n fustrated!
