Could you explain please.. this is obviously a rb1 gene mutation at 13p, with an autosomal dominant inheritance.. why did you choose c? is it because unless there are 2.1 kb alleles one carrying the mutation and the other is normal.. The defective one is carryed by the father and the normal by the mother. Since the daughter inherited 1,5 kb fragment from the father this means she inherited the normal 2,1 kb allele. How accurate is this?

yup yuo are right. son is homozygous autosomal dom and so diseased
