Good question. Made me do some quick research. Here's what I found.

Glycoprotein hormone family members are highly glycosylated.

They include 1. GnRH(FSH, LH,), Chorionic gonadotropin, and 2. TSH

LH, FSH AND CG bind to cells in ovaries and testes and stimulate production of steroid hormones, estrogen, testosterone, and DHT.

LH binds to leydig cells to induce secretion of T. FSH binds to sertoli cells to induce secretion of Testosterone and DHT.

These gycoprotein hormones transduce their intracellular effects via the receptor G-protein, adenylate cyclase and 2nd messenger system.

2. TSH binds to receptors on basal membrane of thyroid follicles.

Here's the site where I found the info.
