good but very difficult question.... first yu gotta know whtz the diagnosis! It's Kawasaki's disease, typical features next, the common complication of the disease, involves the coronaries (aneurysms, thrombosis etc.), leading to MI. Answer is A. Moreover, Kawasaki's is the leading of acquired heart disease in children.
