Bruton's Agaammaglobulinemia is a B-cell deficiency, which doesn't have circulating B cells,

and there is absence of immunoglobulins for opsonization and complement activation in B-cell deficiencies. so is the answer A?

answer is E.Brutons is an x linked disorder characterize by faliure of pre B-cell to develop into B cells.Deficiency of IgG has an opsonization defect ,the antigen recognition site of IgG attaches to the bacteria. This facilitates the phagocytosis of bacteria by trigerring engulfment of bacteria by pseudopods and eventual formation of phagocytic vacoule.
