hi guys ,
i m just done with my step 1 two days back,,shall i start reading the step 2 ck notes ????or shall i wait for sometime,if i have to start , what books should i do and which one to start first ,?

 Thats what i call sportsman spirit. Back in game han. Well here is my opinion.
I say it is imperative for you to start asap if you wanna join in next match. SAve as much time as possible for the visa issues and step3 etc.... But then you do need a break to. And most of us find it impossible to start before getting our result. But atleast get a hang of what the prep of stgep2 would be, collect all the books , make your decision and a time table till your result.
I would tell you what i am doing and you can ask other people too. and decide what good for you. Sorry later may be gotta go.

thanks kingsofke,its again u who came up to give me a helping hand , so nice man,
i think i m running out of time for my match ,but even i have those thoughts like what if i get a low score , but i thought i m fresh now with the step 1 so will be able to do with step 2, correlating with all the basics,cause things cant stay in my head for a long time ...............
where do i get the notes??what books to be followed ,Q sources???reply to me when u r free ,

SO In my first reading I studied Kaplan Step2 lecture notes , watched most of the video lectures , read step3 kaplan lecture notes, Did some of Pretest (not much) and Did Almost all of Usmle World qbank. I read only Dermatology from First aid . I have started my second reading. I am doing STep2 and 3 lecture notes and revising underlined points from UW and reattemtping wrong questions. And am doing Step2 Qbook. I will start step 3 kaplan qbank too hopefully. (doing 50 or so questions daily.) I will NOT do Kaplan step2 qbank.
After the 2nd reading I plan to do tests from NMS review. Will STart my third reading with step2 lecture notes mainly only revising very selective things from other sources i used which i am highlighting now. I will do Kaplan Qbook for step3 in 3rd reading. In the end i would attempt Kaplan simulated exam and probably NBME. And would do a very short 4th reading in couple of weeks . and try my luck
