They block ganglionic nicotinic receptors. d-tubocurarine. pancuronium, atracurium, vecuronium

No, they block neuromuscular end plate nicotinic receptors except tubocurarine which can block ganglionic nicoitinic as well, rest don't.

yes only d tc has ganglion blocking activity
