well reet, think of a bulls eye, and a the centre of eye as the target, if u hit a point again and again, but its not the target, its precise or reliable or consistent,
if u do a test and it hits the bulls eye, then its accuracy, or validity
remember pneumonic pcr for thr first one
so accuracy by formula is tp+tn/tp+tn+fp+fn
