Hi have u done NBME yet?? I think as long as u are getting over 400, u should be ok, anything less don't take it, best of luck.

I just took NBME form3, only got 420. I was really uppset. My pharm is low which could mean My memorization is poor. I leave two weeks for final refine my knowlege. Maybe I will take another form NBME. Now I only can expect beat the mean score. What else suggestion you guys have? i really need some advice!!! Thanks in advance!

hi zhoufg,
dont be upset about your low scores for now. just start to memorise the stuff that you hate to know like enz def and conditions like tay-sach, gaucher etc. memorise tibc levels and anemias etc etc. you will surely do better. 420 at NBME 3 shows that you know the concepts.
if you have not done form 1 and 2, do them. they are more reflective of your performance based on what others say. forms 3 and 4 are tough and you tend to score low and that usually is discouraging. i wont advise you to repeat any NBME you have taken before cos you will get a falsely high figure and that will make you feel over confident. that was teh experience of malinda. just do more questions like robbins review, qbank and webpath and all the q you can lay your hands on. these will help to hone in your knowledge in teh few days remaining. and of course keep on revising FA and kaplan notes.

Thank you so much. Your comments are so inspired me. I did NBME 1&2 a year a ago. What do you suggest in terms of trying to do NBME 4 or repeating NBME 1&2 to find out where I am stand at? I am lookfoward hearing from you or any one's comments. If my score still not above 450 I will reschdule my test.
