hi bbb can u please tell me why it doesn't count and if there is a possible way to do post graduate hands on patient experiance

I have heard that too, that electives don't count as USCE, as it includes those experiences that are gained after graduation, however due to HIPAA restrictions i guess it's difficult for im's now to get into externship programs... guyz plz throw some light on this issue!

I said that it barely counted, not that it didn't count. We count a rotation in a US hospital by medical students as USCE. But it was only three weeks.
