You are right Geroonod...now that I think about it...it has to be Leukotriens...

Leukotriene modifiers such as Zileuton (a 5-lipoxygenase inhibitor), Zafirlukast and Montelukast prevent their synthesis or action and thus, are often used to treat asthma.
