Pediatric page 238


The child has severe diarrhea, no one can understand why the child still remain ill, until a nurse's assistant finds "chocolates" under the sheets while making the patient's bed


I am sorry for this q, i don't understand the world "chocolates", plz answer

Chocolates contain caffeine and acts as a stimulant that can worsen diarrhoea.

IN Manchausen syndrome by proxy the parent fabricates or induces illness in a child. Hope this helps phuluong2k.
