is kap q bank and q book sufficient?to get above 90?or is bss and apelton,or nms etc are also needed?pls let me know?

just my idea...KAPLAN Q BANK,,Q BOOK, kaplan physio QBANK ,USMLE cd, WEBPATH, BLACKWELLS,A&L, NMS, BSS,,, it actually depends how many ques a person can solve??

yes, reet is right. I want to add some thing more, BSS and NMS, they are bad source for USMLE. Appleton & Lange questions are easier, but they cover the concept which are important for USMLE. Rest of others sources which reet mention here are the number one source. GOOD LUCK .

do you think i can make it 4.5 months?just started.need to score well.nbme test has how many q and how many hrs exam is it?

their are 4 NBME exam, 3 of them you can do it at your home, at standard pace or self pace. Standard pace is 1 hr every block and self pace is 4 hrs for each block. Their are 4 blocks in one exam and 50 questions each block.
4th exam of NBME, you can do it in prometric centre only.
4.5 months for prep, it depends on you. How much did you remember from you medical school and how much dedicated you are NOW, bcz you have to manage to do questions and materials.Actually quiet few students dedicated them selves for USMLE from the day one of their medical proffession, and they can do it one month e.g Doctors from American Medical Schools, they can do it in one month, bcz all the time they are only studying for USMLE, so its not a big deal to it in one month for them, and they say that why you all guys non us graduates take longer, its easy. And if they will come to our school and take their exam in front of the Doctors and do their examination while 4 highly qualified professors are watching them, they might not be able to perform good as we did in our school. By the way its just my opinion.
Any ways for the time period, its only people them self can decide that how many months they need to prep4usmle.
