Hi,

the question as i remember it said:

Serum values:

Na = 135 mEq/L

Cl= 108 mEq/L

K= 2.8 mEq/L

HOC3 = 21 mEq/L

pH= 7.0

What is wrong with the patient

a)Adrenal insufficiency

b) hyperrenin

c) Diabetes Insipidus

d) Acute Tubular acidosis

e) inappropriate ADH secretion

I thought it was acute tubular acidosis

Anyone knows what the answer is and why?

Thanks
