DNA from E.COLI and H.INF is digested with restriction endo nucleases ECORI and the fragments seperated by agarose gel electrophoresis . an exam of the gel shows that the DNA from H. INF was cleaved in to numerous smaller fragments while that from e.coli was not .which of the foll best explains this diff? methylation of e.coli dna methylation of h.inf dna presence of introns in e.coli dna presence of introns in h.inf dna presence of transposons in e.coli dna presence of transposons in h.inf.dna
