for step-1 application do we need to send them official school transcript?or we just need to submit form345,and the ecfmg will directly contact our school?pls tell me what all other than two copies of degree certificate and photo and form344 and 345.
for name verification is it ok if i just send them copy of my passport or do i need deans letter?

thanx doc.how about if name is not in right order i mean i have my family name 1st then my name.do this need documentation of proof,say like passport etc?

I think ECFMG requires that the name on the Medical degree shud match that on the passport or other identifying documents - if not then it is best to call up ECFMG to ask about the procedure for verification.
