best of luck ujala...take ur test and revise as much as u can but do ur rest bcoz u need energy for ur test...u did very well during ir prep and i am sure God will bless you ...

thanks every1...yes i m trying to rest n revise the stuff i hv likely to forgotten , the rest i m leaving to my memory n God ofcoarse....
karusmle, i have also lost my sleep wake cycle....infact it ws never gr8, i m a late sleeper...n stay awake til late nite plus now this flu...anyway,,,listen , u can tale 25 mg diphenhydramine ,,, here in Saudia it comes with a name panadol nite in whcih there is 500 mg panadol and 25 mg diphenhydramine , i hv taken it b4 n if u take it early eg at 10,00 it will make u sleep by 10;30 n u can wake up fresh in 8 hrs....i hv used it i didnt feel drowsiness next day ...but dont take it on ur exam nite,,,,try it a nite b4 ...when is ur exam? may b this will correct ur cycle n u can sleep on ur own on exam nite
the reason i m suggesting it is tht its only anti histamine
