I'm an IMG resident in ob-gyn and i would like to know if i can complete my residency program in US.For that i need to take ECFMG certification for first?

yes you have to take step 1 and step 2 ck , cs for that ,get your credentials verified and get an ecfmg certificate .though you can apply with just one exam result...but for next years match you should be able to manage to apply with the certificate cos that gives you an advantage. good luck
