I think the best way is to be profesional and say your full name,first and last. I'm not sur about Dr. I gess the best way when you are asked to introduce yourself first thing early in the moring just say your full name.if you met somebody for the fisrt time you can use Dr + your last name. I saw some applicants use just their firt name durning hosptal tour with the residents,somewhat causal and relax.I did that too.
