males -- Internal genetalia development 1. what causes wolfian duct development?which cells of which gland produce it? 2. what causes mullerian inhibition and which cell produces it? males 1.what causes differentiation of male external genetalia. if you know answers specifically to all these.absence of these cause female defferentiation. very important points and again until which week will the testosterone be elevated in fetus for these things to happen?

Wolffian ducts develop in response to stimulation by testosterone, produced by leydig cells. Mullerian duct development is inhibited in males due to Mullerian inhibiting factor/hormone produced by sertoli cells. Differentaition of male external genitalia...DHT Not sure...but probably till about 20 weeks...whcih is when male/female differentiation of the embryo is complete.

Androgen Insensitivity Syndromes include withinit myraid of disorders. - On one extreme, where the androgen resistance mutation is severe, it will lead to complete resistance to testosetrone and inability of male sexual differentiation of the genitals in utero, resulting in phenotypically normal female. This is known as "Testicular Feminization Syndrome" . - Also include in these disorders are - 5 alpha reductase deficiency Aromatase deficiency partial resistance of androgen receptor (Reifenstein syndrome)

well explained ssrpk a word to add in complete androgen resistance, there is resistanceto testosterone, hence, internel male organs like vas deferens will also not develop...along with external feminization whereas in 5 alpha reductase, only external organs will be female, whreas internal male sex organs will be present correct me if i am wrong
