How often should hemoglobin A1c levels be measured in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus? What is the optimal target value for hemoglobin A1c?

about 3 to 6 months <6.5% in DM patients.

it should be 3 months...... 7% corresponds <125mg/dl 7.5% - 140-160mg/dl 8% > 200mg/dl.....
