Hi, A week to go and I am losing all my perspective regarding this exam. What should I do? How to cope?

Take some deep breaths and as msyamp said focus on your weaknesses but dont ignore your strengths!

Its the same condition, every one face it. Don't worry about it. For me, I use to feel tense every one or one and half hour, for that reason, I use to go to bathroom for five minutes, then come back again. Some time, it didn't work and to relax I took my day off even when I was 8 days behind my exam. But I would suggest you for 7 days, try to read all the material especially where you are week but don't leave completely your strong areas, even for a very short time, do review every thing. Don't listen to your body, your body will gona say to you that you are tired and depressed, but what you have to do just go on and on until you hit the exam. Take day off before exam date, read nothing, relax and try your self to calm down. you will be fine. GOOD LUCK.
