A. Observation Incidentaloma : <3.5cm---observe >5 cm ---take out 3.5-5 cm --- do hormone studies , if active then take out.

very nice... just to add to that info...if cyst present --->5cm- aspirate---if clear fluid its benign, if bloody or solid tissue do a resection. cysts 3.5-5cm may also be aspirated
