Pediatrics Kaplan note, page 39

In the treatment of severe hyponatremic dehydration

Correct serum Na up to 125 mEq/L

Amount of 3% NaCl needed = (125 - 113)x 9 x 0,6 = 65 ml

I think this is the Na requirement of 65 mEq, not 65 ml of NaCL 3%


Plz help, i am confused
