cause is extravascular hemolysis in the spleen due to splenomegaly.
vit def after gastectomy is B 12

I dont think its Vit B 12 because wht i remember there is no Vit B12 in q stem ...if it was present then i defenately choose this.

may be CYNOCOBALAMIN was there in the answer options and u missed it coz u were looking for vit B12...
