I am an indian and i want to do a Clinical Attachmnet/Observership in US.i havent doen my usmle yet.
i know an amercan ctizen whose a retired health professional(not a doc) whose is ready to help and i wud be stayin at his place as long as i want.
i am thinking of doing attachment/observship as well as preparing for usmle.
pls help me

You need to be ECFMG certified to see patients in the US unless you are a medical student. However, you can still do an observership (just watch and listen) without your exams.

hi cgr2005. I am also an IMG from india. am already ecfmg certified. i wanted to do some job or something in the US that would give me a us clinical experience and also allow me to meet my expenses. i have heard that there are some hospitals who do provide jobs to people like me but was unable to get any info on the net despite extensive search. i would be thankful it you can help....
