i have encountered a problem when running 2006 orientation material CD sent by ecfmg. after selecting a specfiic block to go, a message pops up with 'the test has encountered an unexpected error. please report this to the test monitor' what does that suppose to mean? i already set my resolution at 1076 x 768.
anyone with the similar problem knows how to fix it, please give a shout.
