Could any one pls give me the list of all programs that are less competitive....like psychiatry, patho etc.........

Abhay, I dont have my First Aid with me, but if you check on the first aid (on the first section) it has all the programs divided by competitiveness. (or was it the Kaplan books?) I dont remember, anyway, Ill check later and let you know.

psychi, path, fp, peds - supposedly easiest to get into
neuro in between med and these. combo progs like im/peds are also easier than med
just my opinion
