do we have to know all the P450 isoenzymes and which drug inhibits/induces which?

I didnt go througH these..ISOENZYMES... but WE MUST BE FAMILIAR with them.i think

DRUGS are very imp whic inhibit/induce P450

I'd remember 2D6...cos most CNS and CVS drugs are metabolised by it

also...3A4...it has a bunch of general inducers and inhibitors acting on it...in the inhibitors...remember cimetidine esp!
