I had my cs exam in philli from 3pm to 10 pm shift. The exam went ok overall. There were 12 cases. The proctors are very helpful and jolly. Patients are really good actors. They act too well. I remember that I used some medical terms in one case....and the sp started making faces.(so before she asked me what the term meant, I just gave its explanation)
Take care while washing hands...they just keep on looking at you while you wash hands,just to make sure that you are using soap or not.Also discard the toothpick,cotton swab,ear speculum......in the trash(i have heard they also count)
I had forgot to pull out the leg extension in one patient,when i asked him to lie down.....and realised it 1-2 minutes later in between examination....though i appologised him.....But i know he will deduct marks for that......So always take out the foot rest,leg extension,drape him properly.....
I did forget many things in examination in each case,which i realised either at the time of conselling or at the time of writing notes.....but dont worry about what you forget.just concentrate on your patient notes and move on to the other case....There was one Sp who always replied "NO" to all my answers....he was annoyed(thats what i think....) I really had a tough time with him..rest of the Sps were all good

I had some of the same experience
in one patient I did rine and weber but did not write it the pt notes?
in one patient I am still not sure what is the diagosis
will I pass?
