I am going to buy a good stethoscope, such as Littmann III Cardiology stethoscope.
Could I use Cardiology stethoscope in CS exam?

you can use any steth you want! it's not very likely that you will get auscultatory findings in any of the patients so don't get carried away and fixate on trying to figure out if the patient has a murmur or not. Actually to be honest whenever i did the auscultation in my cases i was actually just thinking about what i had to do next and trying to remember if i'd forgotten anything!
